These are situated on one of the most beautiful locations of Flevo Naturist Park. Because your villa is next to the forest and surrounded by a picturesque canal you have a lot of privacy. All villas are detached, have more than one terrace and a big design garden.

Although the big cities are not far away (30 minutes from Amsterdam) you find yourself in one of the most beautiful nature reserves of Holland.

All year open

Now it’s possible to completely relax in a nice atmosphere during 12 months. The park has a centre with a subtropical swimming paradise, sauna cabins and solarium facilities.

Outside swimming pool

: from April till the end of September the large outside swimming pool with showers, terrace, snack- and drinks service is opened.

Many facilities

there is a restaurant, a bar, an indoor recreation area and a super market. Furthermore there are tennis courts, a midget golf- and a lawn bowling court, a children’s farm, bike rental, a sunbathing area and a beach. During the summer season there is a very good animation program.

Nice recreation

in the direct surroundings there are many recreation possibilities: horse riding, tours by tilt-carts, water sports, sport fishing, bicycle and walking tours, nice golf courts, various nice shopping centres and places to go out. The reception can provide you with many information.

Much space and privacy

the villas have till about 140m2 living space with three double rooms, a very large garden and a private parking place. All villas are supplied with central heating, have all fire safety equipment needed and are nicely furnished.

Living- and dinner room

in the villa you find the following facilities: large hall, comfortable and luxury furnished living and dinner room with a cosy (electronic) fire place with remote control, colour television (Canal+ included), air conditioning, DVD player and a radio-CD player.

Garden room/kitchen

sunny garden room with a double sliding door and a luxury, fully furnished kitchen for a minimum of 6 persons. The kitchen has e.g. a combined micro wave /oven, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a juice centrifuge, a blender, a toaster, an electric water boiler and a dish washer.

Bath room

very luxury relax centre with e.g. a large Jacuzzi for 3 persons, a steam cabin for 2 persons, a douche with water from above and from a sight, a sauna for 3 persons, an electric hair dryer and a luxury washing table.

Bed rooms

the large bed room down stairs has a cupboard with mirror wall, in which you find a locker for your valuable belongings. Further more two double box spring beds, a radio alarm and a television with remote control. On the first floor there are two spacious bed rooms which also have a comfortable double box spring bed and a colour television.

Solarium

every villa has a professional solarium with face browner.

Gardens

The spacious gardens, with a lot of privacy are supplied with various terraces, garden lights, a sunbathing area, a fix grill, complete garden furniture with comfortable cushions, extra sunbathing beds and a garden parasol.

Specialties

Villa Ooievaar 3 is a little smaller because it hasn’t a garden room. The rest of the mentioned facilities are all there.

Extra facilities

Villa Ooievaar 1 has additionally the following facilities: outside sauna and outside Jacuzzi with different water massages for 6 persons, plunge tube, outside shower and terrace heating.

Special services are possible in consultation with the park, e.g. wedding arrangements, beauty- and massage arrangement, breakfast and catering service.

Group facilities

we offer various group arrangements like trainings, health resort sessions, etc.

Optional services

additional to all standard equipment, you can rent a nice garden cottage with all sanitary and kitchen facilities, among which appliances to grill, bake and fry.

Additional sleeping accommodation

with deliberation there are some extra beds available which can be placed in your villa.
